PGI Media, Inc. is the publisher for two of the premiere off-road industry magazines, Sand Addiction Magazine and Side X Side Action. Founded in 2002, this private publishing company has risen to the top of the industry and come to be recognized as a leader in off-road publications.

PGI Media, Inc. may be new to the publishing business, but we are backed by 20 years of experience in off-road. Nick McFayden and Dane King, Owners of PGI media, Inc., have a combined knowledge of the off-road market and have turned that know-how into a business.

Side X Side Action Magazine is more than just an ordinary publication; this magazine is a heart-pounding, thrill-ride into the growing sport of SXS’s. We are dedicated to giving our readers an up-close and personal look into the vehicles that are changing the face of off-road. One of a kind photography, trend-setting editorials and in-depth stories fill the pages and the minds of the SXS enthusiast as we bring the action to you.

PGI Media Events

PGI Media Inc. believes that a key role for today’s media is to bring buyers to sellers and sellers to buyers and what better way to do that then through consumer events.  PGI Media, Inc. has developed a series of consumer events that do just that.  Embracing the adventure in exploring new terrains, combined with a host of family-friendly activities; from guided trail rides, kid zones, drive in movies, and night-time entertainment, these events are sure to attract our core market.  But let’s not forget about the vendors, as at any event you can find vendors and manufacturer reps with their latest products on display there to show these potential buyers what is available and where to get it.

The Dune Tour has broken free from its counterpart Sand Addiction magazine and is now the premier organized event in the dunes. Instead of a long haul across the country like in years prior, we are creating weekend events in different dune areas across the country. Our seasoned sand enthused staff couldn’t be more excited as we have put together a flurry of family-friendly events; these activities include a scavenger hunt, bon fire, movie premier, show and shine, kid zone, karaoke party and to do our part we give back to the dunes with a sponsored trash clean-up. At certain events, the ATV Safety Institute program will be available for duner’s who want to get their rider certification. In addition, there are various places throughout the United States where sand dune recreation areas exist and we hope to take our followers to more stops across the country in 2010 and 2011. WE encourage you to come along on these adventures to hang out with The Dune Tour crew while making memories and lots of new friends.

Our seasoned staff here at PGI Media has developed a series of consumer events that embrace the adventure in exploring new terrains, combined with a host of family-friendly activities; from guided trail rides, kid zones, drive-in movies, and night-time entertainment.  Although primarily catered to the SXS enthusiast, this event is open to any type of vehicle including jeeps, quads, dirt bikes, etc.

PGI Media, Inc. is excited to announce an event series like no other: Side X Side Champions Cup Racing.  The inaugural race of the series will take place in 2009.  This hybrid event of SXS racing will take the best of both short course and desert terrain in a grand prix format to create the ultimate Side X Side Racing experience. The top tiers of each racing series – from Best in the Desert to CORR to GNCC – will be invited to participate.  For those who did not finish well in their series, there will be a last chance qualifier race.
